And the Grand Prix winners are…

The hangovers have faded, but the smiles certainly haven’t. Because our office in Regents Wharf is now home to even more trophies. On Tuesday 30th June at the 2009 CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards, we carried off the award for Recruitment Effectiveness and, as if that wasn’t enough, we won the Grand Prix as well.

Held at the Honorable Artillery Company Gardens in London and hosted by the exceptionally enthusiastic John Barrowman, the event saw us (yet again) gaining recognition for our work with Hertfordshire Constabulary. This time for our Special Constables campaign.

First up for us was the Recruitment Effectiveness award: arguably one of the most coveted on the list. After all, for clients and agencies alike, the proof of a good campaign is in its results. And our work with Hertfordshire Constabulary has seen them meeting targets, increasing application numbers, driving down costs and raising their profile. Put simply, it doesn’t just look great, it really delivers too.

But our night didn’t end there. We then went on to win the Grand Prix, beating the other 14 winning entries to the top accolade of the night. And it seems we were a clear winner, with the judges describing the work as “stunning, brave and innovative – highly creative work that delivered results for a very modest budget.” And who are we to disagree?
